SYCAMORE, OHIO — Reineke Honda is excited to partner with Mohawk Local Schools for a Classroom Cruise test-drive fundraiser on Friday, August 28, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Mohawk High School, located at 605 State Highway 231 in Sycamore.
The event will take place before Mohawk’s first home football game and gives the community an easy way to support students. For every valid test drive completed, Reineke Honda will donate $20 to the Mohawk S.T.E.A.M. Lab, with the opportunity to raise up to $5,000 total.
Guests can take a quick, no-pressure test drive in a new Honda vehicle such as the Passport, CR-V, Pilot, and more. Each drive only takes a few minutes, and every test drive helps make a difference for Mohawk students.
Reineke Honda will also host a tailgate party in the parking lot with hot dogs and chips for test drivers. Hempy Water will join in support of the event by providing bottled water and T-shirts.
“We’re proud to support Mohawk Local Schools and help raise funds for the S.T.E.A.M. Lab,” said Brandon Kimmet, General Manager of Reineke Honda. “This is a simple, fun way for the community to come together before the football game and make a real impact for students.”
Community members are encouraged to stop by before the game, take a quick test drive, enjoy the tailgate, and support the Mohawk S.T.E.A.M. Lab.

About Mohawk S.T.E.A.M Lab
Mohawk Local School District is currently developing a new elementary S.T.E.A.M. Lab on its main campus in Sycamore. The creative learning space is expected to include stations for robotics, 3D printing, LEGO activities, and virtual field trips, giving students hands-on opportunities to explore science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.
